Rules of behaviour of the fans during carrying out of sports actions

AT THE CENTRAL STADIUM "KHAZAR-LENKORAN"

 

1.The rights of fans during carrying out of sports actions at the central stadium "Khazar-Lenkoran":

1.1. An entrance to the stadium before or during action (time of the admission of fans for stadium territory is defined by stadium administration and law enforcement bodies) with a presentation of the ticket, the invitation or special document (accreditation);
1.2. Use of all services offered by organizers or administration of the stadium;
1.3. It is authorised to use on stadium tribunes:

  • Plastic pipes,
  • The gilt papers and tapes,
  • Tobacco products and lighters,

To the organised groups of fan-club:

  • Banners,
  • Flags, with empty plastic handles,
  • Drums.

 

2. Duties of fans:

2.1. Taking into account time loss during inspection by law enforcement officers at the entrance of the stadium, come to the action in advance;
2.2. Observance of the accepted norms of public safety and behaviour;
2.3. The hospitable reference to other fans and participants of action, the personnel and guards, not to make acts and actions which can lead to infringement of safety of associates;
2.4.Granting to of administration of the stadium and to law enforcement officers the tickets, invitation or special documents (accreditation) for an entrance to the stadium, and as throughput document for motor transport entry; to take places specified in documents;
2.5. To pass inspection and the control by law enforcement officers at the entrance of the stadium territory;
2.6. Realisation of legal instructions of administration of stadium and law enforcement bodies;
2.7. Immediately inform administration of the stadium and law enforcement officers on doubtful subjects and objects, and about smoke or fire cases;
2.8. After reception of the information of evacuation to keep calmness and without creating alarm to follow instructions of the administration responsible for preservation of safety and internal employees. Persons who do not carry out or refusing to execute points 2.7. will not be admitted to the stadium;

 

 

3. It is forbidden to fans:

3.1. Entrance to the stadium territory in a condition of alcoholic or narcotic intoxication, proexecution and the use of alcoholic, psychotropical or narcotic substances;
3.2. Proexecution on territory of the stadium a weapon, explosive, poisonous, pyrotechnic or smelling substances, sharp and pricking subjects, the big bags, interfering other fans and also normal carrying out of the action, big volume sheaves and packages, glass vessels and etc.;
3.3. To smoke in forbidden by administration of the stadium places;
3.4. To throw on tribunes and stadium extraneous subjects, and as to stir different ways carrying out the actions;
3.5. Use of the slogans humiliating honour and advantage of participants of action and fans or other actions, humiliating morale of people;
3.6. To stand in passes and on ladders, to create obstacles to movement of participants and fans, to rise on seats, to clamber on fences, parapets, lighting constructions and base designs during carrying out of the action, to cause a damage to stadium property;
3.7. To pass to the field, to a locker room of sportsmen and judges, and to other office and technical rooms of the stadium without administration or the representative of the club;
3.8. To come to the action with animals;
3.9. To be engaged in trade, the receipt of walls, gluing of announcements, using of posters and other production (advertising character) without the permission of the stadium administration;
3.10. Use of clothes and the subjects reflecting signs or symbols which create racial, social and national predilection, or actions offending participants and fans;
3.11. The fans who are not observing rules of behaviour, listed in points 3.1. – 3.10, will be removed from action. The persons evading from removal, will be made responsible in a criminal or administrative legislative order;

 

 

4. The organisation and carrying out of fireworks:

4.1. The organisation of fireworks is carried out on the basis of rules defined by the legislation, and also in accordance with stadium administration, fire-prevention bodies and other domestic bodies only prior to or after a match.

 

The present rules in force during prodriving of all actions at the central stadium "Khazar-Lenkoran".
