Mircea Rednic: ”Our team is ready for 100 percent today”

Within preparations for the match against “Baki” “Khazar Lankaran” today passed a training on Tofig Bahramov Republic stadium, where the game will be held. All players except Elnur Allahverdiyev, Julius Wobay and Alex Piturca took part in the training. Kamran Aghayev and Rahid Amirguliyev, who returned from national team also were amongst training players. After training session our head coach Mircea Rednic answered a few our questions.
- What could you say generally about tommorow match?
I watched last two games of “Baki”. After head coach changing they play better and became more organized. But we are in such a situation, when we must only win. If we want to be the best team, we can think only about that.
- After the first match of the year against “Neftchi” you said team is ready for 60 percent. But how do you estimate the situation today?
Now I can say that we are ready for 100 percent. But I am not happy, because we get just one point in two last games. Relationship between players now in a normal level and we must to make this perfect. I hope, tomorrow we can show really good performance.
- What could you say about the last match of our national team? Are you glad of our team players` performance in that game?
I don't know, why this match resulted in such a way. Azerbaijani players have enough quality. Footballers have to be ready for such away matches, they must have more serious attitude. Team have to be ready to risk, it is not possible to play with such scare.
I`m glad with my players in this game. Both Kamran and Rahid played good. But I dont agree with Rahid`s position, chosen for this match. He was put on the right side of midfield, but I think Rahid doesn`t have enough conditions to play there and this created difficulties for him. I think the best option for him is a centre.
- Have you decided who will replace injured Elnur Allahverdiyev?
We have to make decision yet. There are different versions. For example, Musat can play on right. If he plays there, Simao will take place on left. Or maybe Chiachu will play on this position. Anyway, exact decision will be made tomorrow.
Also we have problems with Wobay. He went to his national team camp and will join us only today in evening. That`s why he might also miss the match.
